Property Management--
When you get paid, we get paid. The fee is 10% of the monthly collected rent. We try to make it as simple as possible for you. The tenants don't know you exist. You just collect the money we transfer to your bank account each month. We pay for any repairs up front (up to $800) and then deduct the cost from your rent proceeds. We'll send you a monthly summary and any repair receipts so you have them for your records. If there are any large expenses, we call you to discuss and decide on the best course of action.
If you have had a previous tenant experience that has left your rental in an unsatisfactory condition, we also have the resources to help you get your property "rent ready" before we take over management.
For selling your rental--
We know and work with numerous people always looking to buy their first, second or more investment homes in Stephenville. Sometimes it can sell even before being listed.
